006: Puppies!

[It's been a few months since Mitch and Maddie went missing, along with Lou's dog, Jake. Luckily, all animals returned to their respective owners, except Jake had a bit more than just herself when she got back. Without too much explanation otherwise, the results of that fateful two or so months, plus an extra two months dealing with squeakily-barking, non-potty trained, and teething puppies, Jack and Lou are sitting around with a crib-pen type-thing and a sign hanging off the side of it.]



[And if you should look in the pen, you'll see six or so of these little guys (and girls) rolling around, playing tug-of-war with an old sneaker, or sleeping.]



[Yes, a couple Shepherd-Husky-coonhound-something-or-another mutt puppies just waiting for someone to come by and pick them up. :3 Have at!]

Yeah, I got Mitch here and as much as I love dogs, I couldn't have more than him. Though they'll probably make really good shepherding dogs.

Rubbing the back of his neck, he sighs.

Well Timmy's not one to get jealous or anything, I had a cat...and he adored her. Don't know what HQ did to Cleo.
I guess I'll take one....I don't have anything to herd, but one would be great to keep Timmy company.

Well, you can bring him by and see how he acts around 'em, or get to know 'em yourself. They're pretty social little guys.

And with that, Alex goes back to his room to fetch his dog.

After a while, the rather short state is dragged along by a huge gray Great Dane (http://greatdanepuppiesblog.com/files/4.jpg). Which just happens to be his state dog; he yells in Italian for the dog to slow down. For that is the only language it understands. He stops though, as his master falls to his knees; trying to catch his breath.

I...I'm b-back....

Y-yeah, wow, Alex. That's a nice dog ya got there.

He laughs, trying to calm down Timmy. The dog starts jumping up on him, knocking him back down to the ground. The beast is crushing the poor state, using him as a pillow.

T-thanks, H-he's a handful too...had him since he was a pup...

Timmy's not a bad boy though; just a big baby.

Alex coos at the puppy, while Timmy just stares in amazement at it. Being as curious as he usually is, Timmy abandons Alex, in favor of the puppy. He starts sniffing every inch of the poor thing.



I just hope he doesn't mistake the little guy for food.

Well now Timmy will just lay there; too much excitement for one day. He doesn't mind the puppy playing around though. This makes Alex give a sigh of relief.

Good, a sign that he's cool with the little guy. Now to name him...something that I totally suck at. I wasn't that creative when I came up with Tiny Timmy for this guy.
Got any suggestions?

Not a one. I'm not exactly creative with naming either. I mean, Mitch was kinda a weird name in itself.
